Conferencing

So we all sit around in conference rooms that are not up to speed with what you have going on in your meeting, and sometimes they are over powerful! Sometimes we just need a white board, sometimes just a conference phone and we get lost in a room seated for 14 instead of 4. How do your conference rooms work for you?
