Sit to Stand

Get up, get moving… You are ready and starting to think about how to get FIT in 2021. Well getting a height adjustable desk will be GREAT for your health. You should be standing for 15 minutes every 60 minutes. Also, remember that keeping your body in any position too long (even standing) is not great on it! So keep moving, lean a bit, stand up, sit on a stool, then on a chair…. So to make this happen, get 1 desk that do it all! Sit to stand will keep you flexible and limber.
