Sit to stand

The last Monday of the month, are you NOW ready to start your fitness journey… Maybe waited for it to be a little warmer, or wanted the gyms to be a little less packed from the New year. One easy push in your daily routine is getting a sit to stand and exercising and stretching your body as needed while working. You are suppose to stand about 15 minutes an hour but remember to always keep moving… So if it feels good stand longer, if you want to sit and need to rest… REST! But no matter what, Keep MOVING when you can!
