When thinking about your future as a kid, what did you see yourself doing? Possibly a different career, super hero, or queen of country? I'm sure that we all imaged the corner office then in College, the one with the great view, the seating area for lounging, and possibly a secretary to get your coffee?
Well keep dreaming we are starting to see a definite trend in the work place to more of an open office system. Less walls, more collaboration, more library like spaces that are meant to be productive and not quite. Conference rooms are just for that Boardroom meeting, not for quick 10 minute meetings.
